HH QRP PREVIEW REPORTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR REVIEW

Article by Michael Tidd, COS-C, HCS-D

Does looking at product reviews influence what you purchase?  It does for others as well.

CMS provides the preview of your Quality Reports results before they publish them to the Care Compare site.  This is your chance to review the reports and what your performance data shows about your agency before it is released to the public.  If these reports appear inaccurate, you can request a recalculation by February 9.

This data will become public in April 2026 and everyone can see how well your services rank you compared to your competitors, patients, and physicians.  Data provided in these reports are based on the quality assessment submitted to iQIES between July 2024 – June of 2025, claims based data from January 2023 – December 2024, Discharge to Community and Medicare Spending per Beneficiary data from January 2022 – December 2024, Potentially preventable 30-day Post Discharge Readmissions between January 2024 – December 2024 and HH CAHPS data between October 2024 – September 2025.

Access your Quality Reports via the iQIES portal to ensure your data truly reflects the excellent care you provide to your patients.  For questions related to accessing your facility’s Provider Preview Reports, please contact the iQIES Service Center by email iqies@cms.hhs.gov or all (800) 339-9313.  For questions about the HHA Quality Reporting Program (QRP) Public Reporting, please email homehealthqualityquestions@cms.hhs.gov.
