Privacy Policy
We have drafted the following Privacy Policy regarding this website. Your continued use of this site constitutes your agreement with the following.
Website privacy update: September 8, 2026
HealthCare Synergy Inc is committed to your right to privacy and to protecting your personal information. Because our website includes areas in which you may provide personal information, we have developed a Privacy Policy, described below, to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the information we collect on this site. If you have additional questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us.
This Privacy Policy describes information collected on the HealthCare Synergy public website at https://www.healthcaresynergy.com/, how it is collected, and how it is used. Our software applications are covered by the separate Application Privacy Policy.
Information collected about you…
We collect certain personal information about you when you send an email to us, or when you complete one of our online forms. The personal information you provide to us can identify you and/or your business and include such items as your name, email address, or office/home telephone.
We also collect technical and usage information when you visit our website. This can include your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, domain name, browser and device information, pages visited, and interactions with our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) through which you access the web, and a domain name is the name of the ISP itself through which you access the web.
We log IP addresses and domain names, then aggregate them for system administration and monitor the use of our site. We use the aggregated information to measure the number of visits to our site, the average time spent on our site, the number of pages viewed, and to monitor various other site statistics. This monitoring helps us evaluate how our website is used, and consequently, helps us continuously improve the content we provide.
We use website service providers to help us understand site usage. These providers may process technical and usage information as described below. Technical identifiers and usage data may be considered personal information; we do not describe this information as anonymous.
We do not purchase or otherwise obtain supplemental personal information about you from third-party organizations. Our use of Microsoft Clarity and the information shared with Microsoft are described below.
How we collect information about you…
When you visit our website, the site collects certain technical information such as your IP address and domain name. We use cookies and similar technologies for website functions and measurement. The Microsoft Clarity section below explains the separate choice available for Clarity. We also collect personal or company information that you provide by filling out one of this website’s online forms. If you have joined our Email Alert service, we may send you, via email, press releases or notifications via email of information that has been posted to our site. If you do not wish to receive these communications from us, please contact us.
How your information is used…
We use the information you have provided to us in an online form to respond to your request for information about our healthcare software and services, or comments you may have about our website or other services provided by us. If you request, you may be added to our email lists.
We may share information with website service providers as described in this policy. We may also disclose personal information to comply with valid legal processes, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights and property.
Microsoft Clarity and your choices
We use Microsoft Clarity on selected public marketing pages to understand navigation and improve inquiries and demo-booking journeys. Clarity creates heatmaps and session replays from interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and page visits. Microsoft processes website usage and device data through cookies and similar technologies. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement for information about Microsoft’s handling of this data.
Clarity stays off until you choose Allow Clarity. You can decline, or change your choice using Clarity privacy choices on participating pages. This control applies to Clarity only. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop Clarity; it does not erase data already collected. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal by keeping Clarity off.
Our setup masks page text and form fields and excludes portals, authenticated areas, password-protected pages, and other pages outside the selected marketing scope. Please do not enter patient information or other sensitive clinical details into public website forms.
How your information is protected…
We value your input, and therefore we will take the appropriate steps necessary to protect the information you provide to us. We continually review our procedures to ensure that adequate security controls are in place. This website may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of these other non-affiliated websites.
