What We’ve Learned from HOPE So Far & How to Strategize for 2026
The transition to the Hospice Outcomes & Patient Evaluation (HOPE) tool has reshaped clinical practice, compliance expectations, and quality reporting across hospice agencies. This one-hour webinar provides a focused review of what we’ve learned since implementation—common areas of struggle, documentation pitfalls, workflow challenges, and early best practices emerging nationwide. Participants will gain clarity on how HOPE will influence 2026 reporting, audits, and financial performance, and will walk away with actionable strategies to strengthen documentation accuracy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered outcomes.
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the most common HOPE documentation errors, workflow gaps, and practice trends since national implementation.
- Explain how HOPE data will flow into quality reporting, compliance oversight, and financial implications for hospice providers.
- Implement targeted operational and clinical strategies to enhance HOPE accuracy, improve interdisciplinary communication, and prepare their agency for 2026 expectations.
