Speaker Biography:

Mike Deck has over 20 years of experience with the Synergy EMR platform and has been involved since the very beginning. He helped build the system from the ground up and continues to play a big role in making sure it grows and improves. Mike listens to client feedback and keeps up with healthcare regulations to help guide the platform’s development. He’s also been exploring how artificial intelligence can make the system smarter for agencies to ensure quality results, and care for patients. Outside of work, Mike is a licensed 50-ton Coast Guard-certified boat captain and a certified snowboard instructor. Whether he’s on the water or on the slopes, he brings the same energy and passion he has for his work.
