As a Revenue Cycle Consultant she has a proven track record of increasing revenue, reducing denials and improving overall financial performance for Home Care organizations. Throughout her career, Katie has been driven to optimize revenue cycle performance by successfully implementing organization process improvements and streamlined workflows.
