Speaker Biography

Alicia Montelongo Vargas, LVN is a nurse who has been in the Home Health and Hospice industry for over 25 years. Alicia has served as a consultant to help agencies nationwide create, develop, and expand. Most recently she has developed a turnkey program “The KEYS Program” which provides a full-service turnkey program to assist agencies.
