Upgraded Features or Functionality

- Number of LUPA visits now showing in the OASIS, Plan of Care, and Financial Summary
- New Demographics Tab in the patient’s chart
- Ability to sort documents and communications by date on the left panel of the patient chart
- Under payroll processing, date ranges entered by the user are saved for each user’s session, meaning if you navigate elsewhere and come back, you don’t have to enter again.
- Can set the “start page” as the home screen (in case it was changed to another screen).
Fixes
- Administration-Related:
- On Chrome browser – overlap on user rights caused user to not be able to access dropdowns.
- Under user rights, dropdown wasn’t filtering based on role selected and you couldn’t reassign a template or role to a user.
- Issues exporting lists that were filtered (e.g. clinical docs filtered by type of document then patient name)
- Scheduling-Related:
- Deleting visits under caregiver scheduling would reload the calendar and show a different date range
- Issues creating appointments when patient was on hold – warning coming as fatal error.
- Transfer status not correctly showing on the scheduler
- Selecting multiple entries (holding shift key) not working
- Issues on Caregiver Scheduler going back and forth with “view” tabs like today and month, etc.
- Issues on Caregiver Scheduler when selecting 12:00pm and having it choose 12:00am
- Showing a blank page sometimes clicking “view map” button
- Warnings are now separated to not run together
- Chart-Related:
- Medication Profile wouldn’t print pharmacy information if multiple numbers listed for pharmacy
- Medication profile had issues when it was sorted by date added and user clicked “add medication administration”
- For stand-alone OASIS (back office only users), we changed to only allow 6 ICD codes on the OASIS (what is submitted to CMS)
- Issue undeleting documents from QA Review > Deleted
- Plan of Care – Clicking on “Signed by Physician wasn’t enabling the signed date fields for Case admin as well
- Issues deleting multiple documents at the same time from chart grid
- Selecting multiple entries using shift key is working now in QA Review
- In OASIS comprehensive document, couldn’t type more than 8 characters when searching for a dx code by description
- Hospice – “Episode 1” changed to “Benefit Period 1”
- Billing-Related:
- Calculation of the wrong HIPPS code on OASIS caused the RAP to generate incorrect HIPPS code, meaning when sending FC, this had to be corrected – we placed all claims with this issue “on hold”
- Issue seeing all claims under “create EMC” when having to scroll down
- LUPA threshold fixed for financial summary
- Issue saving authorization if adding an attachment.
- Under view claims expiring for timely filing – fixed ability to print multiple claims
- Issue showing claims when “show claims” checkbox was checked/unchecked.
- Issues selecting multiple entries with shift key on “View Claims expiring for Timely Filing/Claims”
- On Eligibility Logs – changed layout to show all information when clicking “result details” button
- On Download Files via Ability – automatically will open all 277 files after pressing download button, will open 277 as readable text when clicking on view, and replaced “UUID” and “URI” columns with “Source”
- Under billing menu, added “View On-Hold Claims” under “View All Claims”
- Payroll-Related:
- Printouts changed to maximize the amount of space and minimize wasted white space.
- Shift and control work for selecting multiple entries
- Report-Related:
- Patient List by Primary Physician didn’t show all information
- Med-Pass forms fixed to show time in/out on printout
- Vitals report from chart wouldn’t print per episode and had wasted white space when it did print.
- Patient Signatures showing on doc printouts
- OSHPD report now showing correct data instead of just correct totals
- List of On-Hold and Needs Audit Claims – the amount wasn’t completely visible
- Claims List no longer has “filter by coverage end date” auto-checked
