Understanding and Implementing OASIS-E
The next evolution of OASIS-E is taking effect on January 1, 2023. In the 2021 Final rule, CMS stated this was necessary because of Quality Reporting requirements being implemented on Jan 1, 2023. Due to the Impact Act, CMS continues to merge questions from the SNF MDS forms.
