Targeted Probe & Educate: Surviving Review
Targeted Probe and Educate will result in ADRs for agencies and represent the potential to lose money in denied services and claims. It is essential agencies provide an increased level of in-services to educate their QA staff and clinicians on proper documentation standards in order to survive a round of audits.
Numerate the entities CMS contracts with to identify agencies for TP&E and provide reviews.

Understand documentation practices that will help prepare agencies for TP&E, surveys and ADRs.
