NOA Process and Penalties in 2022
2022 provides big changes to home health agencies. For 12 months, agencies have had to submit a No-Pay RAP for every 30-day claim. The Notice of Admission will replace the No-Pay RAP, but there are important changes that come with penalties and submission processes. It is necessary for all agencies to understand these new processes to prevent penalties and reduction in payment.
Understand what is required for a Notice of Admission
Verbalize the submission process and required timelines
Describe the penalties associated with late submissions of the NOA
