System Requirements

The HealthCare Assistant Training Series DVD has two system requirements:

A supported web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE version 6+) or Mozilla Firefox (FF version 3+)
Adobe Flash Player v9 web browser plug-in (or higher)

If the above requirements are met, the videos should display properly in your browser when you navigate to each page. Most computers already have Internet Explorer or Firefox installed.

Playing the DVD

To begin play of the HealthCare Assistant Training Series DVD:

Insert the DVD into your PC's DVD Player (Note: This DVD will not play on a standard DVD player connected to your TV, only on your computer)
Once your computer reads the DVD, it should launch a Welcome Page that greets you - the viewer - to our DVD program.
Use the menu on the top of the screen to navigate through the videos presented for the topic you chose to learn about.
The order of the videos go from Left to Right (starting after the Main Menu icon) and should be played in that order.
Feel free to jump between video segments if you are already familiar with the training content.

If your computer does not automatically load the initial Welcome Page, click here to manually launch the file index.html (or browse the DVD's directory via the My Computer icon and launch the file index.html).

Unable to view video content:

If you are unable to see the video content, but are able to see the actual web page, then perhaps the Adobe Flash Player Plug-in is not installed.

Please visit the Adobe website to install the application. Restart your browser after your installation completes.
