HealthCare Solutions On-Line (SOS) has become an add-on that Caring Nurses feels is integral to their success.  This tool allows the caregivers to enter the OASIS assessments online through a web portal, receive real time validations, make corrections, and forward these critical assessments for review by supervisors.  All communications and corrections are done electronically through this versatile web portal.  Physicians view the care plan on-line without the need to install software and are able to electronically sign or request corrections without the need to print out paperwork.  Timely submissions of visits are also accomplished with this service.  Eliminating the need to track down paperwork and having a complete log of all data entry, reviews and corrections has been critical in answering questions from surveyors.  As all agencies understand, the sooner surveyors are satisfied the quicker they complete their process and allow the agency to return to normal operations.  “We are in compliance and feel very confident that Synergy is providing all the required updates” said Roger.
